At Khaleej Padel Store, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return and exchange policy below:
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Returns: You can return your items within 60 Days from the date of delivery for a full refund or store credit. The items must be in unused, resalable condition with all original packaging, tags, and labels attached.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original product and place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- [e.g., Padel grips, socks, protective wear]
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be in new, unused condition.
- Items must be returned with the original packaging and tags attached.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
- Returns and exchanges are only accepted if the item is returned within the specified time frame.
3. How to Return or Exchange an Item
- Contact Us: Please reach out to our customer support team at help@khaleejpadel.com to request a return or exchange authorization. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.

Shipping the Item Back: Once your return/exchange request is approved, you will be given instructions on how to ship the item(s) back to us. The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- For exchanges, we recommend that you place a new order for the replacement item to ensure availability.
- Inspection: After we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it. Once the item is approved for return or exchange, we will process your refund or ship the exchanged item as soon as possible.
- Refunds: If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately, within 60 Days, after delivery. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.
- Please provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item when contacting customer support for quicker resolution.
5. Exchanges for Different Sizes or Colors
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the regular return process. You will need to place a new order for the desired size or color once the return is processed.
6. Refunds & Store Credit
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
- Store Credit: Alternatively, you may choose to receive store credit for the return. This credit can be used on any future purchase at Khaleej Padel Store.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank or payment provider again. If the refund still hasn't appeared after 7 business days, please contact us at help@khaleejpadel.com and we will assist you further.
8. International Returns and Exchanges
- For international orders, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.
- Customs duties or taxes, if applicable, are non-refundable.
9. Final Sale Items
- Any items marked as Final Sale or Clearance are not eligible for return or exchange.
